Looks like we do not have a perfectly clear view which hardware is actually supported by asus-fan. So please feel free to post your dmesg output during init. From now on there should be the DMI_VENDOR_INFO and the DMI_PRODUCT_NAME outputted also without debug-mode being activated. Please just post those two lines into this issue.
