[BackgroundChanger] Background Transition

Bug Description
When using BackgroundChanger, and when switching from a game to another game the background transition is bugged.
In place of the normal transition of PlayNite where it fades to the next clicked games background, it flashes the previous games background and then goes to the background of the selected game.
This doesn't seem to be happening on another theme I tried out, which uses the same extension to achieve the same background effect.
