Mars

Add mars and his abilities.

Talent suggestions:

1- enemies effected by forced movement within the past 5 seconds take 10% extra damage from mars.

2- forced movement applied by mars reduces armor by 5 for seconds.

Numbers can be tweaked for balance.

Also maybe make the following troll combos:

1- Walrus punch + god's rebuke

2- bulwark + dispersion

Hmm interesting. Forced movement seems to be one of his themes, but we could also go the spear or shield route.

I don't think the 1st one will cause trouble, it should just go into cooldown, bulwark might just require a redux version from the start like juju
