Images are not loaded

Images form flat-ui images folder are not loaded in case of such widgets like: select, radio button and others.

I'm guessing this is due to paths being wrong after the images have passed through the Rails asset pipeline.
When I added the font assets in #5, I had to change the paths used to reference these assets in the underlying Flat UI stylesheets to address the issue.
