Difficulty with mean_dist function

Hi, I am trying to use the mean_dist() function but am having trouble figuring out the syntax. I have read through the documentation but it is still not clear to me how the separate matrix files can be read in.
Let's say the matrices I want to read in are in the files mat1.csv, mat2.csv, and mat3.csv in my working directory. Could you please give a quick example of how these files would be read into the function?
