User Story
As a user, when I'm filling out the recipe submission form, I want to know what format of text I should use within the given fields, so I do it right.
Acceptance Criteria
- Add suggestions to the field that are instruciton based, as opposed to example based (i.e. a placeholder that says something like "separate ingredients by commas" instead of of "milk, eggs, chicken...")
- Give thought to each field, whether a placeholder is needed
- Keep it clean and concise, yet helpful to user
