User Story
As a user, I need a home page to see, and navigation links to the other pages of the website.
Acceptance Criteria
- Three Pages: Main Page, Recipe Page, Submission Page
- Each page has CSS Framework Links
- Each page has CSS Framework's Javascript Links
- Each page has our Firebase Script Link
- HTML Skeleton for Main Page
- HTML Skeleton for Recipe Page
- HTML Skeleton for Recipe Submission Page
