Can it sync folders?

I saw 2-3 threads about this posted but didn't understand if it supports that. Can I add a folder, share, then edit the contents of the folder and the change to migrate to the other peers who have downloaded from me? Similar to how Beaker works. Is this possible? From my tests it does not work. Thank you for your work!
