Rename Github Org

Now that name has changed, maybe we should also rename the Github org?
Maybe data-apis
to match the proposed website name?
I think that makes sense, and I think if we do it GitHub will redirect links. And given that we have no important incoming links yet and can rewrite all links in the meeting minutes fairly easily, this should be okay.
Does anyone see a problem with doing this?
Coming back to this, now would be the time to do this, given that by next week we should have public incoming links. Three people in favor and no objections it looks like, so I'll give this a go.
Reviewing https://docs.github.com/en/github/setting-up-and-managing-organizations-and-teams/renaming-an-organization the consequences are mild; the main one is everyone needs to update theirs bookmarks and .git/config
for local clones of repos. And I'll push changes or send PRs for links in any of the repos.
Updated all repos and sent an email to the mailing list so people are aware and change their incoming links. Should be all done.
