Volume control not working

To reproduce:

  1. Start playing an episode
  2. Turn the volume very low
  3. Refresh the browser

The episode will begin playing again (good!) but the volume is back to the max. However, the UI knows the right value, its just Howler that doesn't know.

Also, I think you can do this without a refresh. Just play a different episode and the same thing happens for the new episode.
