Bottom of list for infinite scroll podcasts

I merged the Year Bug Fix for Podcast page because mostly it's perfect. There's one issue.

To reproduce:

  1. Click any year
  2. Scroll down to the bottom until you've loaded all the way back to January
  3. Notice that it says "Loading" forever

Instead, it should know the end is reached. If there are no more records, instead of "Loading", put a button/link to where the text is the previous year (e.g. "Go to 2017").

If the year is the very first year, then instead put the statement "No more items." (current behavior under some situations)
