Fix playback speeds for video with no audio

The playback speeds for videos with no audio is inaccurate, it seems that the playback speed is double the real-time.
ex: Video with no audio 2x rate corresponds to 1x playback speeds.
Note: This issue is only for media encoded with no audio.
