Adding sparse checkout to repos service

Hi Team

Could we add sparse checkout option to the ReposService (databricks_cli.sdk.service.ReposService) class?

The option is available in the rest api but not added to the sdk.

I've added this option in the PR #602. It'd be nice if anyone could review it and give me some suggestion.
