[BUG] Issue Configuring Databricks Connection - Login error {}

Describe the bug
Unable to Configure Databricks using the .databrickscfg file

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on Configure Databricks
2. Enter Databricks Host
3. Click on DEFAULT profile, created and saved to user folder
4. Get message that connection was successful
5. Get login error {} message
