[BUG] Deep link into workspace/cluster gives an error

Describe the bug
When clicking on any of the deep links in the Databricks panel I'm getting the following error:

Note that I can't reproduce this error anymore.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the Databricks Panel
2. Configure a workspace
3. Click on the "Open link" icon
4. See error
