Update Harmony from v4.3.1 to v4.3.4

In the implementation of a Harmony Light Client, a relayer needs to be able to obtain a full Header of any height in Harmony.
Since hmyv2_getFullHeader are available in v4.3.4 or later, we need to upgrade the version of Harmony used in this demo environment.
