Allow recon API to resolve a square

[Fructokinase]

Currently recon api resolves (lat, lng) -> list of places.

Would be nice to have an area resolver where (topleft, bottomright) -> list of places and % coverage of each place within (topleft, bottomright). Where topleft and bottomright are both coordinates specified by (lat,lng).
