Button “Clean” is active when nothing to clean on the Invite user panel

expected behavior

If the user has not entered any value the button “Clean” should be inactive.

actual behavior

If the user has not entered any value the button “Clean” is active.

steps to reproduce

  1. Login to the application with Root role.
  2. Go to Admin panel.
  3. Choose Invites screen.
  4. See Invite user panel.
