Add more comparative statistics

From Lee: Let’s stick w/ the oil/gas Boehner connection. In addition to seeing all contributions from oil/gas to Boehner, and all oil/gas lobbied-on legislation Boehner was active on, I’d also like to be able to see where Boehner falls in context. Of legislation introduced that oil and gas lobbied on, how much of it was Boehner involved with, either as a sponsor or a co-sponsor? Is he on most of the legislation the industry cares about? Or just very occasionally? Where does he rank in share and amount of contributions from oil/gas? Is he oil&gas’s favorite member of Congress? Likewise, is oil/gas his top contributor? In his top ten?
