Animate moving divs when rearranging DAD charts

When moving a DAD chart using the arrow buttons, animate the div swapping to be more pleasing.

This doesn't seem like it will be immediately straightforward with our out-of-the box UI tools. See: https://stackoverflow.com/a/8124580 We might want to use CSS3 rules or just fall back on a plugin.
