search results - by bill numbers - for intros from 2016?

Was looking for a link to Intro 1070. It was sent to mayor to pass into law back on 5/25, first introduced back in January.
It was part of a package of eight crime bills passed recently.
From homepage, and from /search, none of the following terms returned that item - ::
1070 - only returned resolution 378, which had a 1070 Park Ave address in it, which is a very fancy part of town, ha
1070-2016 - no results
introduction 1070-2016 - none
Criminal Justice Reform Act (CJRA) - no results
Same for other bills in that passed-into-law package, intro 1057, intro 1058, 1067, 1056, and 1059. No results found.
But ! Searching for "639" turned up the intro from /search, as did 662. 639 was from 2015,
So I found a random 2016 intro, 1075, and it's not found either from /search. Two resolutions are that include that number, obvs.
Just making sure that bills from 2016 are in /search corpus? Or other issue. cc @cathydeng @derekeder
