Fix Missing Block Names

I'd like to start cleaning the block data - can we do this in an effort and back apply the updates to the official data?
I did some cleaning.. these are the possible corrections for the malformed data and data not matching the masterdata in the block boundaries shape file.
8034 is Pahalgam
8063 is Bunjwah
8041 is part of Anantnag
8108 is Nemili
8105 is Arakkonam
8106 is Kaveripakkam
Blocks with id 0 probably cover areas which don't belong to any block and are actually cities
Ludhiana in Punjab
Asansol, Howrah and Kolkata in West Bengal
It would be nice to have a path clarified for feedback on the data..
Two more blocks which showed up in the other data but missing in the MasterData
8121 is Sholinghur
8123 is Alankulam
