Some bullet points do not show up in discord

Of the bullet points in this news entry the first does not have a bullet on discord, yet it shows up in the preview.

I would guess that it would work as expected if there were an extra newline before the list, but haven't tested. Also not sure what the solution is. Perhaps just something to add as a warning in the text that doesn't yet exist on how to structure a message.
