Prepare for 4S Workshop: Map tutorials to tech requirements

There are three main tutorials currently proposed for our 4S workshop:
* Replicate a dataset you care about onto hardware that you control
* Browse datasets that have been backed up
* Nominate a dataset to Data Together

I vote we establish a list of what features that need to be completed & robust to make these tutorials successful.

My understanding from the convo today is that individual features have been broken out into issues for these tutorials... ( #22 #23 #24 )

Do we still want this issue open?
