Wrong font size for links in dialogs

Environment

Release number or git hash: 9.0.0
Browser: Chrome 122
Deployed / Local: Both

Steps to reproduce the bug

Run yarn start without starting a backend

Observed Behavior

The font size of the "Try again" link is bigger than the rest of the text.

Expected Behavior

The link should have the same font size.
