Problem with relative paths

I've encountered a problem with the ARGUS.py that revolves around the relative paths to files such as the icon, the ISO-language codes and the settings.txt (e.g. r".\bin\settings.txt"). For whatever reason, it does not find these files (even though they exist) and consequently cannot execute the programme.

It was most likely a problem with the python installation, unrelated to the ARGUS
