Jobs should be named as *.dy.yaml

As these are the fileMatch patterns used in schemastore and autocompletion works for them in IDEs like VSCode, we should scaffold the job files with this convention, also changing our documentation to reflect it. Tests' resources should also be renamed to be consistent.
