Update `load_mapbiomas` to Collection 8

After solving the problems in #212, we should get out function to load the new MapBiomas data.
Datasets mapbiomas_cover and mapbiomas_transition (with many new things to look into), as well as mapbiomas_mining and mapbiomas_deforestation_regeneration all have new Collection 8 versions.
mapbiomas_mining currently isn't working with raw_data = FALSE, and the spreadsheet looks very different in Collection 8.
