After changing the type of a column datapusher wont reupload

It just says:

Upload skipped as the file hash hasn't changed:

Thanks for the report @BonaBeavis .

I can confirm this is a bug. Right now, we only do the file hash check to detect changes. Will also need to check if the data dictionary has been updated.
