BUG: Shooting inide the planets (Obstacles) doesnt damage enemies or collect ships

Shooting players inside an obstacle, when both of you are inside an obstacle no longer hurts the opponent player.

Additionally, fishes or dead ships inside obstacles can not be shot, even when your inside the obstacle and in exactly the same position as fishes or dead ships, hence you can not use them to gain back more ships for yourself.
