Spectator doesn't behave as it did in space1.

When a player dies, it shouldn't follow the killer, but it should stick to the place of player's death. When a player spawns, it shouldn't fly to the place where he spawned, but it should jump there instantly. When spectate mode is enabled and player that is spectated gets killed, spectator should keep following him instead of jumping to the killer.
