Improve Swagger documentation by adding return types

Improve the documentation provided by swagger by including more information in the swagger response tag.

This will need to be created by modifying the existing tag to something similar to:

[SwaggerResponse (type:typeof (FormattedServices), statusCode: StatusCodes.Status2080K)]
