Earth sun distance should probably be calculated using NOVAS like IAS is

Investigate and if determined to be viable implement.
The IAS has a wrapper around using the NOVAS that could/should be
copied/utilized for retrieving the earth sun distance.
See ias_geo_novas_wrapper.c in L8 IAS.
