Am I missing something or the biases are not considered?

Hi @zoliweiss . The variable exists (m_bias), has setter/getter, read/write to file, but indeed, it seems its not being used, right?
Feel free to add it and I'll accept the pull request

Thank you, I just needed a confirmation. Unfortunately I am not that good at math to implement this.
