Recording not enabled when on Full Screen mode

Cannot commence kaleidOk recording when running the sketch on full screen mode on internal or external displays. Also to exit the full screen I must quit application. There used to be a shortcut for getting out of full-screen.
Since I cannot reproduce the issue on Linux, this appears to be an issue with OS X' window manager. This is all very finicky and it's virtually impossible to test and fix this issue without access to an instance of OS X.
Can we please schedule a time for a debugging session on your machine? I already prepared some possible fixes or workarounds to try a while ago in workaround/fake-fullscreen@8fc5a0744412cc316c21174d1def57741d0cd730.
The workaround seems to work on OS X, but remains problematic on Linux with Gnome Shell 3.10. Leaving this open in the mean time.
Closed because I can't reproduce it on Gnome Shell 3.4.
