Support other file formats, specially JS and TS

It would be nice if this extension could support LT check in JS files. Including comment blocks, comment lines, names of variables, functions, etc.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I'm using other extensions like "Code Spell Checker" but they don't support more advanced features found in LT.
