Too few bots

So, my bots work fine and stuff, but they're too few. Today they were up to 11 only. How can I get this to 50 or 100+ Bots? (Using VPS - c9.io)
I've heard that you need proxies and stuff, but when I try upgrading my proxies, 90% of them are not working. I've also heard that you need HTTP, SOCKS4 & SOCKS5 Proxies, but I don't know which one is the correct one...
I use only SOCKS5 proxies and get 100+ bots. And i put about 800 proxies.

Went on the internet, looked for fresh SOCKS5 Proxies, got my list ( http://pastebin.com/raw/xYD3PR5q ) put it all into proxy.txt and have been waiting for like 15 minutes, and I just get 1/3000 Bots.... I also changed this to what you told me

Maybe it's the proxies. Have you got a better proxy list you can send me? Or yours if you like? I can't seem to get any good ones...
