Hello,
I have a vcf of Mutectcaller and a cna file of AscatNgs as input files, and have difficulty in adjusting the input files so as to make hyperclust work without an error.
Could you show some input file examples of vcf (toga-strelka, Hartwig, Sanger-pcawg) and cna file?
