Show diff pre-takeoff

Feature Request

Currently it is only possible to see the diff between two applied revisions. It would be desirable to be able to see the resource diff before we apply it.

Proposed Solution

Add a new flag to takeoff. Possibly: --diff-only or equivalent.

yoke takeoff --diff-only <release-name> <wasm-resource>
