Cannot be removed or dismissed

I have the same issue, and it resolves, when I open folder directly (not by symlink) - it works fine.
Check out your project path.

@poruchik85 I have this problem too and do not understand your suggestion. My workspace includes a number of folder, none of which are symlinks or aliases.
