Add wind direction information

I believe that this is important information for a wide variety of applications by ordinary people. Examples of using:

1. You are walking and see that a third of the sky is occupied by a rain cloud. You need to understand which way it is moving, understanding that the direction of the wind at the surface of the earth often does not coincide with the movement of the clouds.
2. You are hot and there is no air conditioning in your home or office. You need to understand whether it is worth opening the windows on the shady side of the house, or is the wind blowing from the heated side, and it will only get hotter?
3. Are you going fishing and want to figure out which shore to take so that in the next few hours the wind will blow from the shore, blowing insects into the water that attract fish?
