Other then this model "shape_predictor_68_face_landmarks.dat.bz2" can i use other models for commercial purpose which is mentioned in dlib-models?

I'm not claiming any rights to those models. I don't have anything more to
say than I have already said in the readme. If you want more advice talk
to a lawyer.
