How can we enable Bing text to speech work on internet explorer? Any inputs from anyone?

Hello. Unfortunately, IE doesn't support WebRTC to get access to the mic nor Web Audio to do speech synthetesis. It would imply to use an ActiveX and I won't go into that path from past.
