Add support for SDO announcements

I am pretty sure that there are announcement (to my knowledge on electrostar trains) that they explain how many carriages are on the consist as in "this service is formed of XX coaches" and sometimes for shorter platforms "This is coach number X of X." or "would customer please note that you can alight in the front X coaches as this station as a short platform." and probably more
