how to create .IPA for this?

I already forked it. but don't know how to create an IPA from it. followed this guide https://github.com/YTLitePlus/YTLitePlus/wiki/Building from YTLitePlus but this is different than YTLite. there is no Build and Release in the action tab of the fork.
