Error when saving images if the coord system of the map is not supported

CAUSE: The options of saving images need the underlying coord system support to
1) align the coord grid line and
2) tune size specified by KM unit

TODO: not throw the exception, but disable relative options

using VirtualGeoInfo to handle the special case:

  1. disable: align grid
  2. enabled: turn size
