Add security middleware for serving html files

This is a continuation of #4 .
helmet has a list of middlewares to improve server security. Let's mirror those that make sense:
- permittedCrossDomainPolicies
- contentSecurityPolicy
- featurePolicy
- frameguard
- dnsPrefetchControl
- expectCt
- referrerPolicy
- xssFilter
- noCache (not really security related? Might still be a helpful middleware)
