items.otb is outdated?, why?

I'm just trying to get tinder box, melting horn and fireproof horn id's. that items are from 10.37 items.otb.
I've Downloaded a precompiled 10.53 TFS 1.0 from 30 September.
And I've get the items ids from their items.otb (It's unnoficial? or what?) I'm just working on tinderbox quest.
I'm tested on official TFS 1.1 (last build compiled from nightlites) works fine.
