Bolt C++ wrapper build issue on CentOS7

Dear Experts:
Greetings!
When I tried to run C++ code of Bolt on my own computer, I faced an issue: "undeclared inclusion(s) in rule '//:mithral'". Could you please shed some lights or clues with me?
