Move Server Directories

Move the directories for the servers out of the project root. I kind of like the way they did it in the ionic demo with:

• root
  • src
  • server
  • client
    • app

Done, more or less. I wanted to be able to do this under the same project, using the same node modules, etc. I couldn't get that to work (conflicting versions that I could seem to resolve). So it is now under one GIT, but separate node projects. Good enough.
